Description

Always take the medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not quite sure.

Dosage

The usual dose is one tablet once a day. It will be easier for you to remember to take the tablet if you take the medicine at the same time every day.

How long must the medicine be taken?

• Continue taking the medicine every day for as long as your doctor tells you to. You may need to take the medicine for months or even years. If you have any questions about how long you should take the medicine, talk to your doctor.
• If you have taken more medicine than you are supposed to
  If you have taken too much or if someone else has accidentally taken your tablets, contact your doctor or a hospital immediately and ask for advice. Present your tablet pack to them. Medical treatment may be needed.
• If you forget to take your medicine
• If it is almost time for the next tablet (i.e. in 2 or 3 hours), skip the missed dose and take the next tablet at the scheduled time.
  Otherwise, take the omitted tablet as soon as you remember and take the next tablet at the normal time.
  Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten to take the previous one.
• If you stop taking the medicine
  Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so.
